Adrian Flynn's Meltdown, a Professional Soccer League, Infinity #2 Aftermath

Coming out of Infinity #2 it is reported that management are once again happy with the show, the winners and the overall quality of the write ups and graphics. The only sour note for Roderick Blackmore was the no-show from Lucian Shannon, essentially giving Taylor Westfall a free pass to the Infinity Championship match at Immortalis.

Speaking of the final, it’s now been confirmed that Adrian Flynn will take on Taylor Westfall for the world title belt at the first PPV. Adrian defeated Chris Michaels and Murray Muir on his way to the final whilst Westfall defeated Jack Anderson and Lucian Shannon. Movie star A.C. Mack still has possession of the belt.

There is a lot of heat on Taylor Westfall for his participation in the final as neither Shannon nor Anderson promoed, and believe he still has a lot to prove given his easy route into the final.

Talking of heat, there is also heat on John Charismatic after he tagged himself in during his and Blair Holmes match with Jordan Casanova and James Jameson. According to our insider, this was not scheduled to happen, JC thought he could get over with the crowd by scoring the pinfall over Jameson/Casanova. As a result the result was improvised by Brian Von-Malice, who DQ’d his team.

For the Singularis Championship, it’s rumoured that up to seven or eight men could enter the match at the PPV. The risk and reward, all-in championship currently has four wrestlers competing for it: Chris Michaels, Jamo, Joey Tierney and Jason Smith. As of writing thiss more matches are set to take place on Infinity #4

It’s believed that there will be four shows leading up to Immortalis. Infinity #3 takes place on Monday September 2nd and Infinity #4 is set for Monday September 16th. This means Immortalis is likely to take place on Sunday 29th September or Monday 30th as no specific day has been set for the PPV.

TCK is reportedly high on Matt Young in the federation. Young, who faces Neal Powers for the Purity title believes that Young has shown immediate signs of improvement and believes The One and Only to be a valuable asset.

An angle nixed from Infinity #2?
A.C. Mack delivered a speech to Roderick Blackmore on Infinity and earlier in the night TCK said that Blackmore had gone out into the City to track down A.C. Mack. A segment filmed with Blackmore and Mack and has been delayed until Infinity #3.

Who is Jack Anderson’s attacker?
The technical wrestler reappeared on Infinity with TK and his manager Maxwell Panther acting as his private security. It’s believed that management have a long story planned for Anderson, and should he stay fit, it will likely culminate at the second PPV, likely to take place before Christmas. Anderson is expected to portray a paranoid character from this Infinity and the storyline will continue in the tag team match with Murray Muir against two Infinity debutants, Jett Underwood and Rick Bowman!

Football/Soccer League to begin soon?
Roderick Blackmore is reportedly going to jump on the bandwagon of professional soccer taking place in the City and plans to finance a new franchise. In addition Blackmore wants to create a professional league with teams from Infinity and the surrounding cities. Neighbouring Fair City, Paradise City, and Princeland will begin talks with Infinity to have a merged league.

Currently two teams are in existence. Matt Rydell’s Infinity City FC and Jordan Casanova’s Fair City Athletic have formed in recent weeks and more are likely to follow.

ICFC have recently signed a preliminary contract with the MLS, but Blackmore hopes to persuade the team to sign for the soon to be league!

Adrian Flynn’s Personal Meltdown
And finally there have been a lot of rumbling in the locker-room that Adrian Flynn is going through a personal crisis in his life. Whilst doing some research on his partner apparently it was Murray Muir who uncovered that Flynn is in fact getting divorced from his wife, Alexis. The two have reportedly came to blows over Adrian wrestling with a bad knee. Adrian’s bad knee cost him a place on the Olympic wrestling team several years ago. Adrian is reportedly upset with Murray backstage but will not confront the controversial wrestler, not yet anyway.
